What is the NAAC Liability Insurance
Scheme?
It is an insurance package for the members of the National
Association of Agricultural Contractors. The scheme offers
a range of covers essential to the protection of your
business, and is competitively priced. Special Extensions
are available to the Basic Scheme as indicated. NAAC Liability
Insurance Scheme is arranged by Hammon Osborne Limited.
Can I arrange all my insurances within
the scheme's special terms?
Yes : Whilst the basics of the scheme are to cover your
legal liabilities Hammon Osborne have designed many classes
of insurance to suit the special requirements of Agricultural
Contractors. The cover offered is both wide and competitively
priced.
Do I have to be a spraying contractor
No, each section of the NAAC has been considered individually,
and there are separate rates and conditions available
for all types of Agricultural Contractors.
Is the scheme only available for large
or medium size companies?
In any association there is always a cross-section of
both and small companies. Whatever your size, NAAC Liability
Insurance Scheme will be an attractive proposition.

The scheme is operated by the Association's official
brokers - Hammon Osborne Limited, Northampton. Our service
includes handling and obtaining settlement of your claims
as well as agreeing with you the type and extent of cover
which you need for your particular business. In addition
to the above, we are able to design and secure insurances
tailored to suit your individual requirements.
Premium Paying Facility
Once the package of insurance has been agreed, we are
able to offer a facility to spread payments over twelve
months. A charge will be made in respect of this facility
of 3% representing 6.35% A.P.R.
