NEW NAAC DIRECTORY OF LAND-BASED CONTRACTORS 2011

2011 contractor directory

The new directory of professional contractors who offer agricultural, amenity and other land-based services has just been published by the NAAC.

The Directory is an invaluable tool in quickly selecting a local contractor, listing businesses under the counties in which they operate, alongside the range of contracting services they offer.

The Directory is very user-friendly and is laid out to help find a professional contractor quickly and easily. The NAAC has a vast range of expertise within its membership and customers should be able to locate a suitable contractor to carry out their land-based operations.

Commenting, Jill Hewitt, Chief Executive of the NAAC, said "Whether you are looking for someone to help you manage and maintain rural or urban estates, cultivate or spray your field, spread your muck, process your seed or feed, drain your land, fence your paddocks or manage your meadows, verges or playing fields ….. NAAC members can help. In addition, we have experienced livestock contractors who can provide highly skilled services such as shearing, scanning or dipping.

By choosing an NAAC contractor, you can be sure that they are properly insured, up-to-date and sympathetic to your needs. They are also aware of the necessity to safeguard operator and public safety, animal welfare and the environment. You can be sure you have chosen a professional."

The Directory is available free on request from the NAAC offices tel 08456 448750 or email members@naac.co.uk
