Animal welfare issues
If your customers have real animal welfare problems as a result of you not being able to visit their farm (eg to dip sheep etc), then you should advise them to contact their local animal health office to request an inspector to do an animal welfare assessment.
On the basis of an examination, it may be that a special license can be issued to alleviate suffering.
