Red Diesel - What a Result!
NAAC mobile feed and seed processing members have certainly had value for money this month, as the Budget announcement on 22 March finally showed that NAAC lobbying had paid off and we would retain rebated fuel for use in these vehicles.
In addition, despite initial threats of a substantial change to legislation for tractors, we have negotiated that we will continue to work with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to produce industry guidelines. This is all excellent news.
