Agricultural Waste Controls Come into Force
The Waste Management (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 come into force on 15 May 2006.
Having met with the Environment Agency (EA), covering England and Wales, the NAAC has provided its members with further detailed information to help them get to grips with how the new rules will affect contractors.
Whilst initial paperwork may seem complex, the NAAC is assisting its members and assuring them that it is quite straightforward and it is a matter of working out what you need for your individual business and then
obtaining the necessary paperwork (most of which is free of charge). Full detail is available only to NAAC Members via the monthly 'Contracting Bulletin'.
