Sulphuric Acid Approval Ended
Following the European Commission Decision not to include sulphuric acid in Annex 1 of Council Directive 91/414/EEC,
the final date for the field use of sulphuric acid for plant protection purposes was 5 June 2010.
As a result acid can no longer be used as an agricultural dessicant and therefore the NAAC has removed our
Code of Best Practice and Register of contractors from our website.
