Grass Maintenance Operative

We are currently seeking Grass Maintenance Operatives to join our team for seasonal highway and public footpath maintenance work. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping public areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting and vegetation control along highways and public footpaths
Operation of handheld tools including strimmers and hedgecutters
General grounds maintenance duties as required
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and safety standards

Tractor Driver Machinery Operative

Skilled Operative: Salary 32k-37k, overtime potential 8.5k-10k

This is a full-time role as a Skilled Operative located in Waltham Abbey. You will be responsible for operating a wide range of machinery including tractors, excavators, dumpers, tele-handlers etc, in addition to manual working. You will be expected to maintain the high working standards set by GTM in order to provide our customers with the best possible service.

360 Excavator Experience (desirable)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Good health and safety awareness
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
