Terms & Conditions

The NAAC has launched new terms and conditions for the use of it’s members.

The aim is to give both parties confidence in the contracting agreement, and to provide additional assurance about the professionalism of the contractor.  

NAAC Members must complete a Front Sheet for customers, which is available in the members area of the website. This will include details of the operation, price and terms of payment etc. This must then be linked to these terms and conditions. 

The majority of service providers use terms and conditions, and this will start to bring additional professionalism to our sector. The terms are not compulsory for use by NAAC members BUT can only be used by NAAC Members.
